The Historical Studies Cafe is a careers seminar for research students in historical studies with an informal atmosphere. Come along to talk with academics and professionals as they discuss the inside story of their careers. This week Dr Georgina Arnott and Dr Charlotte Greenhalgh discuss publishing their PhD research as monographs.
Georgina Arnott’s The Unknown Judith Wright came out with UWA Publishing in September 2016. It was shortlisted for the 2017 National Biography Award and was also named an Australian Book Review 2017 book of the year. Charlotte Greenhalgh’s Aging in Twentieth-Century Britain will appear with the University of California Press in July 2018.
