After receiving her Ph.D. (applied linguistics), Hui Huang joined in Monash Chinese studies in 2007.
Her main research interest is in second language acquisition, psycholinguistics, curriculum development and cross-cultural communications and had publications in these areas.
Besides teaching and researching, her main role is to develop resource and curriculum for low to advanced level students.
Hui represents Monash at the HSK committee in Melbourne.
