J. Bruce Jacobs, Professor of Asian Languages and Studies, received his AB., MA and PhD degrees from Columbia University in the United States.
He also studied as a postgraduate student in the History Research Institute of National Taiwan University and has been an Exchange Scholar and a Concurrent Professor at Nanjing University.
