Leanne Weber is an ARC Future Fellow in internal border policing and a co-director of the Border Crossing Observatory. She has studied and worked at the Institute of Criminology in Cambridge and the Human Rights Centre at Essex University; held research contracts at the Centre for Criminological Research at Oxford University; and taught criminology at the University of Western Sydney and The University of New South Wales. She was previously the holder of a Larkins Fellowship at Monash University.
