Associate Professor Kokanovic addressed ‘Practical Justice in Cancer and Palliative Care’ workshop on 20 November 2015

Associate Professor Renata Kokanovic presented at the Practical Justice in Cancer and Palliative Care: Suffering, Hope, Survivorship workshop in Sydney on 20 November 2015. A platform to bridge research and practice, the workshop sought to explore how practical justice in the context of cancer and palliative care might be conceptualised and achieved, and how suffering and hope, as experienced by people affected by cancer, might be understood. Associate Professor Kokanovic was one of several distinguished international and Australia-based scholars who spoke at the workshop. She addressed the second session on Cultural Practices and Cancer and Palliative Care.
